Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a delightful stay offering great views from our modern interiors room and a bottle of champagne to celebrate on the balcony. The service was friendly and sweet, though there was a lack of management presence, with young and inexperienced staff doing their best. The location was superb on a private island among the Whitsundays with easy access to the beautiful gardens and living coral reef. The dining experience was excellent with a wide selection including custom omelettes and interactive chefs. The facilities were top-notch providing a range of enjoyable amenities.
The hotel is set in beautiful gardens with a lovely living coral reef, perfect for a tranquil stay. The rooms offer modern interiors and a balcony but are marred by green build-up around the brass fittings in the bathroom. The service is warm and accommodating, despite some management challenges. The location on a private island among the Whitsundays is idyllic, making it easy to access nearby spots like the Graze restaurant. The dining experience is a highlight, with a wide array of included food and interactive chef options. The facilities are well-maintained, offering guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel is placed on a private island among the Whitsundays, boasting stunning gardens and a lovely living coral reef. The rooms offer breathtaking views but lack air conditioning and TV, with some finishes needing attention. The service is friendly but requires better management to enhance the overall experience. Dining is pleasant with beautiful fish views, and the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel offers beautiful views on level 3 Driftwood with a good selection of movies but lacks in finishes. The service, while apologetic for shortcomings, needs significant improvement. The location, nestled in beautiful gardens with a living coral reef, provides easy access to various activities on the private island. Dining offers some nice choices like custom omelettes and French toasts. Overall, a stay with mixed experiences.
Our stay at the hotel was simply wonderful, offering a perfect mix of positives and some drawbacks. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, providing a great bathroom and a thoughtful touch with a bottle of champagne waiting for us. However, service was a bit slow at times without any visible managerial presence.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, located on a private island among the Whitsundays with beautiful gardens and a lovely living coral reef. The rooms were modern and stylish, even came with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our occasion, and there was a complimentary cold bottle of wine with 2 glasses waiting for us. The service was friendly and sweet, although I wish the management provided more support to the young and inexperienced staff. The location was perfect, making everything easy to get to. The dining experience at the restaurant with a view of the beautiful fish was included and offered an excellent spread. Overall, a great experience with a few areas that could be improved.
